Established in 2009, Business Resource Connections (BRC) provides a unique approach to suburban and urban planning, economic and entrepreneurial development, and resource acquisition activities. BRC creates and implements tailored strategies to provide local expertise that allows us to deliver transformational urbanization projects that are embraced by users, and create sustainable value for public and private sector stakeholders alike.
MISSION
The mission of Business Resource Connections is to identify, service and strategically incorporate multiple layers of public and private sector stakeholders within the planning, design, development, and implementation process; all while maintaining a commitment to triple bottom-line development principles; economically, socially and environmentally responsible projects and downtown revitalization.

Being a fifth generation New Yorker and a fourth-generation business owner, Gina Hill Slater Parker is invested in the ultimate success and achieving acute solutions on behalf of economic development initiatives, that are environmentally responsible, while promoting inclusive involvement from historically disenfranchised or unidentified, underserved and underutilized demographics.
As founding president and sole principle of BRC, Gina brings over three decades of experience to an innovative consulting firm that provides business economic development strategies, with a focus on underserved markets. She has served as Vice President to Hill Slater, Inc. (HSI); servicing the engineering, architectural, and construction management communities, both private and public sectors, in the New York region for over 30 years. Additionally, she volunteers as President & CEO of Black Women Enterprises (BWE) since January 1, 2000. Gina Hill Slater Parker remodeled and administered programming on behalf of BWE to make it New York State’s largest network of women business owners.
Her sharp understanding and unique experience has allowed her to identify and groom a team of premier consultants and resources. BRC's expertise can commence services from conceptualization to delivery of pivotal planning, development, design, all phases of construction to final completion and all the while having the best outcome on the economy, environment and community.
